The owner/manager is polite and helpful. We had our dog with us while unloading our truck, and he directed us to where we could find the water faucet and got us some cold water from in the office. He is also vigilant; checking with us when we first arrived, since he didn't recognise us as the renters(my mom acquired the unit for us). The only reason I didn't give the place five stars, is that the gravel lots are difficult for small cars(not my truck)and there's not really anywhere to turn around, so you end up driving through mud and grass.
