My unit leaked June 13th, 2016 with just a small rain, no major flooding, no big storms to blame those were several weeks ago. I visited my unit Sunday and it was dry, the next day I had water standing in the unit. No response from management about this though, because there is no excuse for that.

All Seasons Self Storage is an excellent facility. I use the climate controlled unit, and aside from one minor glitch with the A/C, I have been completely satisfied. The building is easy to access, always neat and clean, the only bugs are DEAD bugs (which are swept up immediately), and the manager of the facility is extremely helpful and easy to work with. I continually refer my clients (I am a real estate agent) to All Seasons, and the only problem with that is that they are almost always FULL. That's a good thing for All Seasons and means that they are doing a great job!
I have contacted this business numerous times regarding my unit. NO ONE will return my call. I have had problems with this staff since they took over. I have requested the main office contact information and was told they did not have one. I then requested for the manager/owner to contact me in regards to issues I was/am having with staff and was told the owner would NOT call me back. When asked why not, I was told because they won't. This is NOT how you run a business. I was contacted by the facility to say they would prefer me to get my belongings out and not pay remaining rent, I asked about 4 times for a deadline to get belongings out and the staff member would not give me an answer. I finally yelled "What is my deadline", and I was called a psycho b**** and was hung up on. I have yet to find out a deadline because they will not return my call.
