Just had Justice Install a new hot water heater on 04/18/14. They did a great job and were very friendly. Unfortunately they forgot to set the hot water thermostat while they were out so I had no hot water. I had to call them back up so they came out again on Tuesday 04/23/14. I got charged $60 for them to come back out and fix their mistake. I own a small, family owned and operated business as well and did not find this fair or in good business faith. Even the technician didn't want to charge me and called the office to see if he could take off the charge. I don't mind paying $60 or even the $860 I just paid them, I just didn't find this charge to be reasonable for their mistake.
I guess people make mistakes but they go above and beyond to fix them. A hesitant 5 stars but they really did earn them. Yeah
Update: Well I eat my words. Not only did they knock off what I paid last time for this time, the technician was quick nice and friendly. Quote was almost exact! (ACTUALLY a little less!)
Justice charged us 6 man hours to replace our hot water heater when they originally said it would take 1.5 - 2 hours. Both the internet and their accountant said it should take 1.5 - 2 hours. There were no complications but said the extra hours were due to draining the tank and travel - which they did not disclose we would have to pay for their travel time (we live in the same small town - how could it have taken that long?). Shouldn't a professional have drained the tank while they are installing?? Very upsetting. We are taking the matter up with the BBB.
Water heater broken, called them up, same day service! So I'm giving 2 stars! 1 for each day my water heater stayed working only cost me $130! So I'm calling them back tomorrow, so my review is subject to change for better or worse.
As far as customer interaction top notch. If the repair goes smoothly 4 stars.
Edit: Ok got in touch with them again. They are on there way and got a quote. No hassle ^_^ kinda expensive, but it's the nature of the repair.
Honest, Quality.
When hiring Justice plumbing make sure and tell your plumber what to bring with them as just telling what you are doing isn't always enough! They are more than happy to say they need something else and charge you ridiculous travel time fee's. we hired them to install a simple gas line, which in the plumbing trade would be referred to as gas fitting or pipe fitting which requires a pipe threader but they arrive without one saying he didn't know if he needed it, " pipe threaders weight about 60 pounds and don't take up much room in a plumbing van" but would run back to town to acquire it! So to make a long story short to run a simple gas line we were billed 6.5 hrs labour at a cost of $650.00 for a job that should have taken 2 hours at most but they bill full rates while they tour tour around collecting tools that they have no business leaving the shop without!! I would personally not recommend Justice Plumbing.
