Guys came out same day and quickly took care of the grease ball. Price was reasonable and had a portable debit machine making payment easy.
Fast, friendly and professional service. We had a new sink installed in our kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised to find the plumber using the broom and dustpan to sweep up the little bit of dust from drilling out the faucet holes. I would definitely recommend them.
This whole team is top-notch. I originally installed a toilet myself, but it began leaking. I called Billy and he sent a guy the same day. I didn't install something minor correctly (first toilet install for me). Well, the toilet began leaking again and called Billy on a Friday afternoon - his technician was already gone for the evening, but sent him first thing Saturday morning. I believe his name was Tim. Tim spent, I bet, 2 hours looking for the leak and what was causing it. We still didn't find what was causing the leak, so he caulked it up. Well, fast forward about a week or so and the caulk busted and water came out from under the toilet, so, who did I call? I called Billy. Billy had someone over that afternoon at 7. Two guys came this time and we finally determined that the casting was not repaired correctly when manufactured. I had another toilet ready to be installed - and these guys did it and did it fast. We are a few days post install and NO LEAK!
We have been in our house only a couple of months when a pipe and one of our wells broke. Unfortunately it was after hours and with being new to the area we did not know who to call. I ended up calling Atomic plumbers and Billy answered. He was extremely respectful and said someone would be out shortly. Within an hour, Tim was on our property and already working. I have never encountered a more respectful and courteous Contractor before! He worked hard and got the job done quickly. He was amazing and when he was done left as completely confident that we would not have any more issues. We will definitely not only be using Atomic Plumbing again but recommending them to everyone we know! Thank you Billy and Tim for the wonderful service!
