Disgusting. Found a used condom next to my bed... GROSS!!! The workout room was out of order, my cable did not work consistently (& I was trying to watch Game 7 of World Series) They finally changed out my cable box (after 3rd trip to my room). I will never go back there. There a lot of better options, way cleaner, nicer hotels out there. I reported these problems and did not hear back from management. DONE with Best Western!

Just lately at 4 star. The one in Glenrose has been the nicest And very helpful. Beautiful place.
Our weekend stay was very pleasant. We didn't experience any issues at all. The bed was decent. The indoor hot tub and gym were an added bonus. Take into consideration that it seems they are under some renovations. No loud noise while we were there.
This property was excellent! Perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, extremely courteous and helpful staff. The pool and hot tub were immaculate. It is hard to find hotels that offer smoking rooms, this one was perfect. Best Western will always be our first choice. Thank you Best Western Granbury for a great experience.
