Poor customer service. I've had a lot of trouble with door hardware and closers that I purchased from Rick's. They've promised repeatedly to fix it, but I still have a front door that doesn't close properly. I wouldn't recommend them.

I bought door hardware that requires a code to lock and unlock the door. The customer service was excellent and the lock works perfectly. I am in the process of purchasing cabinet hardware for my newly renovated kitchen Rick's have been very helpful through this process. The hardware is heavy duty but at a great price.
