Seriously, hire more cashiers and baggers. It took me literally 10 minuets waiting to start checking out and still had no bagger. Most of the time I bag my own groceries. Having 3 lanes open during rush hour is bad planning. The produce quality is subpar and usually with the meat department no one is there.
I trust this company to provide fresh good quality foods. I love the managers special area, I can get great Texas fed beef at a reasonable price.
Love the new Kroger. Tons of selection. Clean and organized. Easy parking. You earn points when you shop to get money off at their gas station. Their easy to use digital coupons means you don't have to clip to save. 5 stars.
Used Clicklist shopping. Slow service. Don't give senior discounts anymore. Added service charge. Won't be shopping here anymore. Walmart much, much better!
People in Deli were nice and helpful, but not one other person even offered us a smile. The lady that was stocking the summer stuff bout ran me over with the ladder never said excuse me, I'm sorry mam, nothing. That's one reason I seldom shop there any more . They could at least fake a smile for there customers for five seconds
