Great selection and friendly helpful staff
I am very unhappy with this. Is there nothing that can be done? I would surely like to remain a customer, which is in doubt at this point.
I am a faithful and steady customer for many of all my Border Collies ' needs. I find the employees to be very sweet and always remember my pups when we shop.
Having said this, I am truly unhappy to have to say how very disappointed I was today. (10/30/2016). I have a 9 month old Border Collie which I've had fir 7 months now. On my way home from buying him,my first stop was at Petsense for all his new gear,including an identification tag. I had to replace the tag 12 weeks later because the metal gave way where the tag attaches the ring, which I did,buying the second tag at Petsense. Now, another 3.5 months later, the same thing happened. I asked for perhaps a replacement tag at a good discount given the poor quality of the two tags (both exactly the same). I told the employees I've buried 40 years of BorderCollies at about 14 years old each - snd they were buried wearing their original tags. That's the quality I expect in Petsense tags as well. I was offered a mere 10% discount!!!! I politely expressed my dissatisfaction and disappointment and followed through with tag #3, this time a different type.
Very nice employees & they always have our dog's favorite treats (sometimes on sale.) So glad Pet Sense came to Granbury saves us a trip to Ft. Worth..
I took my miniature poodle here to get groomed on 7/4/14.......the groomer seemed to be a nice person. Well...my dog won't let me touch her now...she is very timid. ...she is hiding under the desk where she never goes. And I try to reach out and touch her and she jumps and backs away like I'm going to hit her.....she has never ever acted like this. ...and she shakes when she is just laying down. So I don't think I will use this for grooming again. But its a friendly pet store.
A little pricey but a good place they have a lot here
