Probably the worst service I have ever had. Other chilies are no problems. This one was a terrible experience. Never again will I go to this one
I will never be returning to this chili's again. My boyfriend and I were sat and received our drinks with no problem. We ordered a triple dipper (as an entree), a cup of chili, and a chicken sandwich. Everything we ordered was supposed to come out at once. Instead, my cup of chili arrived before anything else. This wasn't a big deal. I noticed that their were no onions neither on the side or in the chili. I waited a few minutes for our waiter to come back by to be able to tell him. He proceeded to tell me that was wrong, the chili doesn't come with onions. I order this dish quite often so I knew this was a lie. I then pulled out the menu and showed him where onions are listed on the menu to be served with the chili. He went on to tell us he was new to working at chili's. He was almost argumentative. When he realized he was incorrect, he brought me a side of cold sauteed onions and walked off. I waited for someone to walk by, the manager then walks by and I tell her that I wanted the purple onions that are always served with the chili. From this point forward our server was blatantly rude. However our problems didn't stop there. When the food arrived the big mouth burgers on the triple dipper had onions on them after we asked for no onions. When our server returned to ask how the food came out I informed him that they came out with onions on them but said it was fine. Instead of offering to correct the mistake, he walked away from the table without saying a single word. Through out our entire meal any time we told him thank you, he wouldn't respond much less say you're welcome. It was very disrespectful. I was afraid to ask for anything else because I wouldn't put it passed this guy to spit in our food he was so obviously annoyed by us!
I ordered curbside service and was given a pick up time. Been here 20 minutes and still not ready. I asked if it was ready and in true to modern service. I was told " I just got here I have to go through a lot of orders. " So my food is ready and should be good and cold before I get it. Awesome!! Thanks for the convienant and prompt service.
I went for a light dinner and my birthday reward. And boy was it excellent. SantaFe grilled chicken and that Carmel cake. So good.
The manager did apologize and gave me gift cards in the amount of my meal. I do appreciate that and hopefully next time the service will be better. Probably won't use the curbside service again. The food was not hot by the time we got home 4 minutes from the restaurant.
ive never had any problems with this location what so ever... but tonight I went with my little brother and sister and we decided to sit at the bar. It took a while for a server to actually come to us and the lady at the bar finally came up to us got our drinks and appetizer. So we waited and while and I noticed that the wait was way longer than usual. I didn't think anything of it. So we got our food and my brothers Cajun pasta was cold and bland. And they didn't give us silverware till after we asked...TWICE. And then my sister ask politely to the waitresses walking by if she could get some ranch. And she gave her a look like "oh my gosh really?" It was just rude. So we finished eating ( and by the way our drinks got filled up twice. We barley had any drinks the whole time) so we finish eating and it took us 15 min to actually have someone come up to the table so we asked for the check and waited another 15 for someone to come by!!! So my brother actually had to get up and go to the bar and give them the check and card. ( we had places to be our grandmother just got home from the hospital so we where kinda ready to go by this point) and when the waitress came by to give us our check and my card back she slammed it on our table and didn't say A WORD. She didn't say " have a nice night" or "thank you" NOTHING. It was a very odd experience because I've never had a problem till tonight. Truly upsetting.
