Even though they were short staffed today Rhonda Comeau was very kind and approachable, which is important to me because I get nervous in new places. She helped me with my passport paperwork quickly and efficiently and made the experience a positive one.
Missing mail, mail being sent back. A Investigation need to happen with one of the women at this post office. Your personal life should not affect OTHER peoples mail. Do your job Ronda. I hope that there is a camera in the back. If this does not change and mail keeps getting sent back I will get a attorney. Its about time people relize you dont get to send mail back because you dont like someone. Isnt that a federal crime?
I have NEVER had a positive experience at a post office but today was different. The staff was overly friendly, quick getting the customers taken care of and the place was so clean! Made my Tuesday!
My package don't get delivered every once in awhile after they say it has. I think someone is trying to steal them.
