I have lived here for several years and have never had any problems with the security team. It is generally ptetty quite here. I like it here
The reason i live in Indian Harbor is because of the security personnel. They have been great when my alarm goes off and have answered any questions that I have. They do a thankless job but I for one am grateful to them for their work.
The people in Indian harbor are great. I have many friends out there, but the security team in Indian harbor is a complete joke. They wish they were real police officers but they are just fake rent-a-cops with synthetic authority. They do not practice honesty or justice. They harass and defame people who drive their roads. Once I was pulled over by one of their guard at the gate and was told that a resident called them and said they saw a silver car driving too fast. I have a brown car and they stopped me at the gate and accused me of speeding. They then called my district manager and got me fired for saying that I was curing at them. Its completely untrue and I'm trying to sue for defamation of character now as well as lost wages. The security guard who drives around in his fake police car is the one to watch out for. I recommend never buying property in Indian Harbor, that is unless you wanna be dominated by a fake police force. I can no longer visit friends in Indian harbor because of these lies from them. Maybe after a lawsuit I can re-enter.
Great place to live and the security team's job is to keep the riffraff out ,and keep our small community safe , which they do! We are lucky to have them, unlike alot of other subdivisions in Granbury
Hi, I have live here for two years now. Our security is grate, I love that some people are not allow here, my neighbors are good people, I guess that depends a lot of you like were you live our not, over all is very quiet, HOA FEES I was not use to them were I use to leave, so I don't like them but they are not that much, for me are 300 a year.
