Pizza was not up to par and it's hit or miss if they'll deliver so I picked my one up - my LAST ONE! Manager was belittling employee for so long I finally asked him if he was in the business of selling pizza or just wanted to continue being a jerk in front of me -his customer!!! Product was bad, service was worse not going back!!!!
After a completely disappointing experience with another big name pizza place tonight, we decided on Papa Johns. Not only was our pizza ready fast on a Friday night, it was delicious! The owner went out of his way to show us we are appreciated as customers and won our business from now on! Thank you again, sir!
They made us hold 3 times also we had to get 2 people just to place a delivery order. If they are late I'm going to BLOW.
We ordered a thin crust cheese pizza. The crust was like a strange pastry crust, not a pizza dough, and tasted terrible. The cheese didn't seem to be 100% cheese because when reheated it didn't bubble or melt. Order the pan pizza.
I will say that I have had my issues with this location. That being said, they do what it takes to make it right and consistently deliver great tasting pizza that’s hot and fresh with a price (using their specials and deals) you can’t beat by going to the grocery store and making it yourself. $8 for a dinner for 3 is cheap in my book. But the reason I keep coming back and now find myself a regular, is their friendly attitudes and ability to make a guy laugh after a long day. There’s genuine care and trust in the people that work there. You can’t find that in most fast food places. So in short, the good outweighs the one bad time. Enough to earn 5 stars in my book and my personal recommendation. Thanks Papa Johns Granbury!
