I went through three months of waiting for appointment after appointment. I asked questions and no one would answer them with a straight answer then when I finally got an appointment set up I called to get the address to drive there and was told that my appointment was at 10 and not 1030. They're ridiculous and very rude. I had wrote down everything I needed that they told me about and the time. Not to mention asked twice what time my appointment was and was repeatedly told 1030. Maybe they're all just lazy ass people that don't deserve their jobs working for a program like this.
