Steve (the owner) is great! He is very welcoming and always make it right for the customer. Brian, Steven, Marc and Eric are all awesome salesmen. They great every customer with a welcoming smile as soon as they walk in the door. I have been a long time customer of Wood's Furniture and I will stay loyal. I recently bought a Lazy Boy sofa. Rex and Chad delivered it to my house. They were the most helpful, polite, friendly delivery men I have encountered. They moved my old sofa out and hauled it off the same time they delivered my new sofa. I must note, they were exceptionally cautious not to damage my new leather sofa as my door is not the easiest to get big furniture in or out. I highly recommend your next purchase to be from Wood's. Everything in my house is from Wood's and I like it that way. I know if I have any problems I can call Steve and he will have me taken care of.
Woods, in Granbury, TX, is the best furniture store I have ever shopped in. My husband and I have bought a leather double recliner and a stackable washer and dryer from them. We plan on purchasing a refrigerator from them in the near future.
Honest furniture store. We had a problem with a chair we ordered and Eric our salesman worked hard to resolve it. We will go back there again.
I have bought from Woods multiple times. The quality of their furniture is good. Their customer service is terrible. I ordered a basic piece of furniture from them and was told it would take three weeks to come in. Eight weeks later I finally received it. Please be honest of the timing to your customers instead of lying to them telling them. I was told multiple times it will be on the next truck "maybe" or on the truck next Monday. They don't even have trucks that run Monday. It took multiple calls to finally find out when it was coming. After waiting five extra weeks I call in the morning to find out if it's really on the truck this time. They say it's in but want to make sure they have it up front when I come in, and they will call me back. Five hours later and no one has called. I went up to the store and they only have one person there who doesn't even know what's going on and can't find the piece. Come to find out that my piece is sitting outside waiting to be picked up but not even put together. Sadly I will have to say goodbye to Woods.
I purchased a sofa from Woods Furniture and Granbury and after waiting 2 months, because it was special order, it arrived and was promptly delivered. We kept it overnight and were not satisfied with the comfort level. I called Steven and without hesitation he told me to come in and pick something else out and he gave me full store credit. I ordered a different sofa and a set of mattresses and boxed springs. The mattress set arrived and stupid me didn't realize how high the new mattresses are. No problem, Steven is orderding me a new short boxed springs. Service like this is unheard of anywhere else. Woods Furniture had a customer for life. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a retail business. I highly recommend them.
