Have used them for years. Always Impressed. Just did a wedding at LC Ranch for us the flowers were beyond beautiful. Better than we ever imagined. If you are looking for the best, this is it.
I just used Town and Country floral gallery for my wedding. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I had Jolene make my bouquet and my bridesmaids’ bouquets. I gave this shop 3 stars because even though the flowers were beautiful they weren’t what I ordered. I actually had flowers included from my venue but the venue owner said she had a hard time finding peonies in October. I love peonies so I ventured to Town and Country and Jolene assured me that peonies are available all year. I made it really clear and gave her a photo of the exact bouquet I had my heart set on and she said she could do it. It was surprising then on my wedding day when there were no peonies in the bouquets that were delivered. Just disappointing that she didn’t let me know ahead of time and that I guess I paid extra for peonies and didn’t get them. Jolene was also hard to reach for questions and I’d have to send a follow up email or call a few times to get ahold of her. I will say the flowers she created were absolutely lovely but the lack of communication and the fact that she told me one thing and brought something different was disappointing.
