Mason was super friendly and so was the girl there but I didn't catch her name
Inattentive slow and generally their for themselves not customer service. I felt like I imposed upon their life asking for help
I'm really enjoying my experience now at Gamestop, sometime ago the old manager she was very unprofessional and rude. How ever the new stuff is great and you can tell they care about their job, Nathan and Elisha are one of the best employees that store has had.
This Gamestop has some of the friendlier staff of many other Gamestops. They seem to have some respect for their customers.
The assistant manager doesn't seem to know very much about games, at least not the ones he's being told to push. So if you want an older pre-owned game you'll have to do the homework yourself. The two people working were also a little condescending despite not knowing what they sell. Not many options in Granbury though.
