I LOVE this car wash! As a realtor, I have to keep the car client ready and this place is fast, courteous and good at what they do. Bonus, they recycle water!

I went into the business on Wednesday Oct 11,2017 to get my car washed and detailed. Staff told me they couldn't detail it bc they were understaffed, so they told me they would make me an appointment. I left them my name and phone number then waited 4 days to get my car detailed and washed by them. When I show up on Saturday to get my car detailed employee tells me he "forgot" to take payment from me the day he booked my appointment so he just gave my appointment to someone else and I would now have to wait 45 mins just to have my vehicle touched! I have never worked anywhere where the client is punished bc the employee made a mistake and ALSO I could have been called to let me know what they had done to me instead of waiting 4 days, planning my schedule around my appointment, then driving all the way up to the business to be treated this way!
Love how easy and convenient this place is to get to and to go through.! Great value and service too! A+
I see the OWNER responded to my review of his business. EVERYTHING he said in his reply is an ABSOLUTE LIE Granbury residents!!! AND the fact that a local business owner ALLOWS his staff to obviously lie to HIS customers THEN he wants to call the people giving him business liars is NOT the customer service any business should be giving any paying customer! Completely blown away with this businesses LACK of ANY professionalism!! There are plenty of other car washes in town Worth customers money then this business that does not value honesty, or the people who give them business.
Also would like to add that this owners employees took down my number when they scheduled my appointment for the detail for that following Saturday, so if he had ANY integrity to do the right thing he could have called me to discuss the “facts”. But he did not! He just called me a liar AND lied to the public for EVERYONE to see on the Internet.
