I have been a loyal Discount Tire customer for years. My family moved to Godley, TX and I use this store for my tires needs. Caleb takes care of me every time. He recently suggested a better tire for my Tahoe. It was an up grade from what was on it. I am very pleased with the work, people and the service I get here. Won't go anywhere else!
The GRANBURY store is awesome. I go there for all my tire needs. Although they are always busy the crew works hard to get you in and out as fast as possible.Taylor, Dakota and Adam and all of the crew are always helpful and friendly.
Service could be faster but they were busy. The folks working here are honest and upright. Prices are fair. We travel 25 miles to go here because it is leaps and bounds better than anywhere else around this area. I was able to purchase tires over the phone and they ordered exactly what I wanted then held them until I was able to get over there few weeks later. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and they had a mini fridge with free water.
Amazing customer service. Very understanding and very nice. I will always get my tires changed here.
I had a bad experience at this place. I brought a flat tire in, I had a spare on my vehicle. I asked them to fix the flat. It took almost 2 hours! They should have definitely informed me it was going to be that long just to fix a flat! After they put the new tire back on my vehicle they threw the spare into the back of my vehicle, on top of all of my material! That dirty Tire messed up quite a bit of my material and I was not happy about that. My vehicle is not a truck where it would be okay to put it in the bed, it is a van and it had devices and boxes filling the inside, and light bulbs. Rant over
