Greeted immediately when walked through the door and the courtesy did not stop at the counter. Made to feel like I was their only and most important customer. Friendly, courteous, fast service. Will definitely be back.
My daughter wrote a negative review for Granbury Enterprise and it's apparently been removed. It was the one where she was told the engine light stayed on but to not worry. We were taking the vehicle from Granbury to Galveston...and 'to not worry' about it is ridiculous. She was told we would have a Nissan Rogue and they offered a horrible Jeep. There should be more negative reviews than what is here. Needless to say we drove the Jeep about 2 miles, took it back and drove our own vehicle. Shame, shame Enterprise.
