I am happy with their offer on my used Specialized Epic FSR. I'd been trying to sell it for a couple of months through other means with a little interest but no serious buyer ever came forward. So I requested a quote from Goodbye Cycle and they offered me the same amount I had been posting the bike for on other forums. I arrived at their location to drop off the bike and within 15 minutes I had my check in hand and was ready to go. The employees I dealt with were professional and kind, no problems were encountered at all.
Edit: I found the description of the product I bought on their eBay store to be inaccurate. I contacted Goodbye Cycle about this and they defended the condition of the item. Goodbye Cycle offered a full refund/return, however I found their customer service approach to be unacceptable.
Because Goodbye Cycle defended their inaccurate description and because of their poor approach to customer service, I will not shop with this company again. I cannot recommend them. I don't define a positive shopping experience as offers to refund/return misrepresented products, I prefer a company that is honest in the first place and focused more on customer satisfaction than on making excuses.
This shop is misleading in their eBay listings. Will never shop with them again.
